Terms and Conditions
- It is my responsibility as a student to fulfill all required entry criteria (including language requirements) for admission to the selected university/institution and to meet the visa issuance requirements prevailing at the time of application. I understand that I am applying for a student visa only, not for any kind of work permit.
- This is purely an educational study program and should not be considered a pathway to overseas employment or permanent residency. I have been properly counseled and provided with complete details regarding the course, university/institution, country, rules, course duration, fee structure, benefits, and applicable dos and don’ts.
- I am required to successfully complete and clear the mandatory orientation modules conducted by Sahaj International in India before proceeding overseas for further studies.
- If a visa is granted and I do not join the program, or if I withdraw after joining, the decision regarding fee refund (full, partial, or non-refundable) shall rest solely with the concerned university/institution.
- Tuition fees become payable upon acceptance of the offer letter or as per the rules and regulations of the respective institute, college, school, university, and country.
- Sahaj International’s role is limited to assisting with admission and visa processing. I understand that Sahaj International is not responsible for any disputes involving sub-agents, institutes, immigration authorities, or any other authorities, either before or after issuance of the admission letter or visa.
- I have paid only the initial registration and processing fee of ₹29,500/- (non-refundable) to Sahaj International. No additional charges have been demanded by Sahaj International. Application fees and tuition fees have been paid directly by me to the university.
- The registration and processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. I shall not claim any refund after admission, visa issuance, or both.
- Any refund of tuition fees shall be governed strictly by the refund policies of the respective university or institution. Sahaj International has no role or authority in such matters.
- Tuition fees shall not be refundable if the visa is refused due to false, misleading, or forged information or documents submitted by me and/or my family members.
- I shall bear all expenses related to airfare, visa fees, visa extension fees, boarding, lodging (in India and overseas), insurance charges, and all other related costs.
- It is my responsibility to clear all medical requirements as prescribed by visa authorities and to remain medically fit to attend the program, along with submitting any documents required by the university, institution, consulate, or immigration department.
- Any change in my address, telephone number, or marital status must be immediately informed to Sahaj International.
- Sahaj International may use my photographs and testimonials for publicity and promotional purposes at a later date.
- Sahaj International is not responsible for any misleading information that I may have believed before or after visa approval, or after reaching the country or institution of study. I also confirm that I am aware of the student working rights applicable in Cyprus.
- Sahaj International shall not be responsible for any disputes or issues arising between the university/college/educational institution and local authorities, including accreditation or recognition issues, after admission and visa issuance.
- Sahaj International is not responsible if food, accommodation, lifestyle, or other daily living conditions in the study country do not match my personal habits or preferences.
- I agree to abide by the laws of the study country and any country I travel to in the future. Any violation of laws, rules, or regulations shall be solely my responsibility, and I shall be fully accountable for any offense or crime committed by me.
- Sahaj International is not responsible for any mishap, incident, or loss caused due to natural, artificial, or man-made calamities in the study or placement country.
- In case of any emergency or unwanted situation, I shall immediately contact the concerned local or college authorities.
- All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat, India only.
- Sahaj International reserves the right to modify or change its policies at any time without prior notice.
Acceptance of these terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Contract and agree to all its terms and conditions. By retrieving and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to stand by the terms of this Agreement, you are not official to access or use the Website and Services.
