- Or an acceptable score from a NZQA approved International English language Testing System
- Level – 7
- At least 19 years old
- Completion of Bachelor degree in an associated field or hold a Level 5 or Level 6 qualification in NZ
- Have an Overall IELTS proficiency level in Academic English of 6.0 with no individual band score lower than 5.5
- Or an acceptable score from a NZQA approved International English language Testing System
